Oil spray for greasing baking sheet
1 pound ground sirloin
1/3 cup Atkins Quick Cuisine Bake Mix TM 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Italian or pizza seasoning
2 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly oil baking sheet.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sirloin, bake mix,
cheese, parsley, seasoning, water, salt and pepper.
3. Roll into 24 balls and place on baking sheet. Bake 10
minutes.
