Obesity Discussion Administrator Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Phoenix, AZ Posts: 7,800 Weight Statistics 8/1/2006 Start Date: 185 lb Start Weight: 152 lb Current Weight: 155 lb Goal Weight: -33 lb Weight Loss: 5/1/2007 Goal Date:	Atkins - Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups HAM & CHEESE ROLL-UPS Servings: 8 Prep time: 0:15:00 Bake/Cook time: 0:00:00 Calories: 120 Fat: 9 grams Protein: 8 grams Carbohydrates: 1 grams Fiber: 0 grams Net Carbs: 1 grams 6 thin slices ham 6 slices Swiss cheese 6 half-sour pickle spears 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons mustard 1. Trim ham, cheese and pickles to equal lengths. Lay out ham slices, top with cheese slices. Combine mayo and mustard; spread onto cheese. Lay pickle in center and roll up tightly. Cut into bite-sized pieces. So simple youll want to keep a batch of these in the refrigerator all the time.
