| Is fast walking everyday going to really help me lose weight? Or do I need to speed things up and do more?
I do about 1 1/2 miles a day. Sometimes more. Like this weekend.
I just want to make sure that doing this will help me lose weight or do I need to focus on other stuff and do more.
I also do crunches and such at home. But boy would I like to see a toned body in the mirror instead of a "round" one.
