Atkins - Savory Meatballs

SAVORY MEATBALLS

Oil spray for greasing baking sheet
1 pound ground sirloin
1/3 cup Atkins Quick Cuisine Bake Mix

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Italian or pizza seasoning
2 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly oil baking sheet.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sirloin, bake mix,
cheese, parsley, seasoning, water, salt and pepper.
3. Roll into 24 balls and place on baking sheet. Bake 10
minutes.
No frying, no fuss, no mess. Just season, roll and bake for a
quick and satisfying snack.
