1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, macadamias, walnuts)
1. Heat oven to 275 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum
foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix egg white, water, sugar substitute,
salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne. Add nuts;
mix until evenly coated.
3. Spread nuts in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.
Nutritious, delicious and satisfying. But remember portion control
and limit yourself to a small handful.
