Atkins - Tortilla Salad Bowl

TORTILLA SALAD BOWL

1 (8-inch) Atkins Bakery Tortilla
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Brush tortilla with olive oil. Place a small, inverted ovenproof
custard cup or ramekin on a baking sheet. Drape
tortilla over thecup, and fit a second cup over the top of
the tortilla to hold it in place.
3. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until tortilla is crisp and holds it
shape. Allow tortilla to cool completely before
unmolding.
Low-carb tortillas can be used for a variety of culinary creations.
