water is the best thing in the world for you so drink a lot! i shoot for 16 8oz glasses a day and i think that helps. it is not easy, but it is worth it in my opinion.

maybe try decaf coffee since you do not need caffeine anyway? someone on here posted something about good tasting flavored water, so you may want to search for that.
