Let me ask a weird question....

Now I know the first thing to do when you are trying to lose weight it STOP drinking soda and such.....then cut calories and so on.

But what if you NEVER drink soda, juice, kool aid, nothing. Only water (however not enough water).

Has anyone been in my shoes before? I really to be honest don't drink enough of anything.

I am NOT a candy crazy and don't eat sweets either. So cutting those out was easy.

Wishing this could be easier. LOL
