Back injuries started the weight gain and then a job change to a more sedentary job finished it off, long story short I gained 50 pounds over the years. Started working out again, nothing major (by comparison to what I use to do) just push-ups, sit-ups, minor weight lifting and walking.
And after a year or so of trying various things it appears it is starting to work, down 10 pounds. Who knew a healthy diet and exercise (more and less than I was doing) were the key  |
