The hospital here has now decided that mothers -to -be who are over a certain weight need to travel to Perth to have their babies as it is too big a risk to have them here. It is hard to get professionals to come to this area, as it is desert and the nearest beach is a 4 hour drive, and basically a lot of professionals decide not to come here. I must say I am also scared that should anything serious happen to me that I would die before I could be treated, and a doctor has also suggested this to me. I weigh 260 kg!

As long as you have internet you don't need any of that other stuff, you know food, running water, etc.
That sure is a long journey to have a kid....which I assume would have to be a planned C-Section birth.
Have you been thinking about how you would like to lose weight, whether it be becoming more active physically or changing your eating habits?
