I hurt my knees years ago (dirt bike incident), but of course being years ago I was much younger and they did not bother much until I reached 30 but tai chi helped me with my knees a lot since.
Interesting point of view, I'll have to keep that in mind when looking around. I'm not sure how "serious" and committed I want to be at this point in time.
