Yeah, I'm the mean old daughter-in-law. But my dad lived to be 102 (just died in January 07), and he exercised every day. I know that it's good for you, so my husband and I started daily 30-minute walk routines in March, using a treadmill. |
You are doing what's best for mom-in-law, so I don't see it as mean at all. It will make a HUGE difference in the long run. Hopefully they appreciate what you are doing for them.
