I have been upping the protein and it has helped SOOOOO much. I still get a twinge of nausea if I wait too long to eat, but it passes and I can keep going, albeit hungry. I'm back to more handleable hunger-headaches at this stage. I've actually had to take Tylenol twice this week for headaches. At least it seems to work, only Advil used to, and I thought I was gonna be screwed when it came to headaches for the rest of my life, lol.
