I'm here! Sorry, had to format my computer and lost my favorites menu, so I didn't see my little link to here to check in.
I'm doing well, got the OK from the nutriotionist to broaden the diet as much as my stomach can handle, lol.
Had kind of a bad go at it today... I ate a veggie-burger on a corn tortilla and had my first experience with post-surgery regurgitation... Wow, not at all like I expected... I thought for sure I was going to either choke or suffocate.
Feeling much better now, though.
OH!!!!!!!!!! And I went and saw my regular doctor this week, and as of August 2, I am officially OFF MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE!!!!! No longer needed due to weight loss. I only took it once after surgery and it knocked me over for about three days.
