Sanshou is different; Sanshou is Chinese and Tae Kwon Do is Korean. For a good example of Sanshou look for “Cung Le” he is a Champion Sanshou fighter that is currently crossing over to MMA. I however I am not looking to climb into any ring and fight anyone; I just want to get back in shape.

I will try to eat slower as well. Surprisingly enough I had not thought of that and I am told by many I eat to fast, thanks for the idea.
I agree, the public is looking for quick fixes these days (I should know I was for a while too) and it is just plain old exercise that does the job.
