Patties:
2 pounds ground pork
1/4 cup low-carb teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
Sauce:
1/4 cup low-carb teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1. Prepare a medium grill or heat broiler. Combine ground
pork, teriyaki sauce, green onions, ginger and garlic.
Form into six -thick patties
2. To make sauce: Combine teriyaki sauce, green onion,
sesame oil, ginger and garlic.
3. Grill patties covered, 7 to 8 minutes per side, until just
cooked through. Serve with sauce.
