2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 log (7 ounces) goat cheese
1. Place oil, oregano and pepper in a narrow serving dish.
Roll cheese in mixture to coat. Marinate 1 hour at room
temperature or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
If you cant find fresh oregano leaves, substitute 1 teaspoon
