I am all set to start the atkins tomorrow. I know it will be really hard, but i want to break my sugar addiction, and so this is the only thing i can think of. I need to just start it... and not think too much about it. i hate any kind of physical activity, so i'm not looking forward to doing any of that. i feel soooooooooooooo depressed... and physically so tired...

Hello grneggs! Sugar is the devil! That should be the first thing to go. Trust me when I say as the weight comes off, the energy levels go up and the depression goes down!

Have you considered doing physical activity with a friend/spouse or other partner? It helps a lot to do it with someone. Time passes faster.
