Stickied for ya! I'm heading to bed but I will be sure to read this first thing!
My only comments (without reading everything) would be that some of these exercises seem like they could be extremely difficult for a very heavy person to do (think morbidly obese). From listening to people here and elsewhere, I would think that those experiencing pain currently should see a doctor to get clearance to do these exercises.
