| Re: Hoodia I started taking various diet assisting prescription and non-prescription drugs over 51 years ago. I have probably tried everything that has been on the market at one time or another.
My first experiences were when I was 9 years old, back in 1957. Our family Dr., GAVE me, we didn't even have to pay for them, packets of amphetamine that would last 30 or more days. There was a time that I had accumulated several hundred pills in our kitchen drawer, we had no idea what the future would bring.
I was up at 2:00am sitting out in the yard, petting my dog and could not understand why I couldn't sleep. On the baseball field, I was going to the place the ball was going to be hit before the batter finished his swing. I once went 3 days, in the sixth grade, without eating anything at one point that summer.
My point is, I personally know/have opinions about a lot of weight loss tablet remedies.
I tried Hoodia a couple of weeks ago and was surprisingly impressed. It takes away your desire to eat. You can simply can take food or leave it. You are essentially neutral to it.
Now I have read that there are various labs that are trying to synthetically produce Hoodia and no one has been successful yet. This product is very much like Melatonin, you have to find a supplier who is selling quality material and not some ineffective junk.
The type I found was from Wal-Mart and is mixed with green tea.
This pill is no magic solution though.
If you set your mind that you want to eat, nothing short of someone with a gun is going to stop you.
