Ummm, folks? How did she get into the DRIVE THRU without arms? Wouldn't that mean she drove without arms? I didn't know they had cars with that option.

AND, wouldn't she know in advance that they could not pass the food to her? Sounds like she set them up. I mean, how was she going to get the food out of the car once she got home?

I am guessing they will pull the videotape to see if they refused the service or just asked her to "pull around" like they do for other special orders. (yes, before starting my weight loss, I was a special order person at BK and McD. I got pulled out of the queue plenty of times.)

A good lawyer (and after the "burned by coffee" lawsuit, Mickey D's has invested in a few I am sure) will be asking all of those questions.
