| Re: Midday Protein Ideas I pre-cook all of my meats and bag them so for the next few days, I have a bundent supply of quality protein foods.
For instance, I'll cut up 4 or 5 chicken breasts into bite size pieces, thrown them in a pan, cook them, weigh them out, and bag them.
Wala, instant snack. I actually use mine for a meal... but could certainly be a snack.
I do the same with steak, pork, etc. |
