Yup we are trying. I have had a pear, veggies, turkey sandwich on whole grain and a "breakfast bar" that is all.  Then dinner will be a low fat chicken pita |
If that is you in your picture then you have something great to start with.

That should put you around 1000 calories or so? Nothing wrong with wanting to look good in their suits, I know I'd love to look better.
