1 scoop (1/4 cup) Atkins Chocolate Shake Mix
1 scoop (1/4 cup) Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
2 tablespoons sugar free raspberry syrup
1 cup cold water
1. Mix the two shake mixes and raspberry syrup with cold
water in a shaker or pint jar. Shake until frothy and well
combined.
2. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to
blend. Stir to remix before serving.
