Atkins - Coffee Frappe

COFFEE FRAPPE

Net Carbs: 3 grams
2 cups ice
3 tablespoons sugar free vanilla syrup
1/4 cup chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee
2 scoops Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1. Place ice in a blender and crush well. Add syrup, coffee
and shake mix.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth, then add cream and
blend just until incorporated.
This thick, frozen treat can almost be eaten with a spoon.
