2 packets unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
2 cups Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/2 cup sugar free raspberry or strawberry syrup
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1. Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour
water over gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add cranberry
juice, Atkins syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well. Divide
mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled, about 3
hours.
Almost as easy as store bought packaged gelatin, and a lot
