Atkins - Double-Chocolate Express Smoothie

DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE EXPRESS SMOOTHIE

1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons half-and-half
1 1/2 scoops (3 tablespoons) Atkins Advantage

Chocolate Shake Mix
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon decaffeinated espresso powder (or
decaffeinated instant coffee granules)
4 ice cubes
Cocoa powder or sugar-free chocolate syrup, for garnish
1. Combine the water, half-and-half, shake mix, cocoa and
espresso powders in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. With the machine running, add the ice cubes, one at a
time, and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, and
garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or drizzle with
sugar-free chocolate syrup, if desired. Serve
immediately.
