RASPBERRY-LIME FIZZ

1/4 cup sugar-free raspberry syrup
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
10 ounces chilled club soda
ice cubes
2 or 3 raspberries for garnish
lime slice for garnish (optional)
mint sprig for garnish
1. In a tall glass, combine syrup and lime juice. Fill glass
with club soda and stir. Add ice cubes and float
raspberries, lime slice and mint on top.
Vary this refreshing beverage by using different sugar-free
syrups, such as cherry or strawberry.
