1 package (14g) Le Heavenly Homemade Vanilla Soft Serve
Mix
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup Steel's Gourmet Raspberry Jam (no-sugar-added)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1. In a medium bowl combine mix, heavy cream, and egg
whites. With an electric mixer on low speed, beat until
combined. Increase speed to medium and beat until
slightly increased in bulk, about 2 minutes.
2. Pour ice cream mix into ice cream maker. Process
according to manufacturer's directions.
3. Whisk jam and extract together until smooth. Put onethird
of ice cream into a shallow container. Drizzle one
third of raspberry mixture over ice cream. Drag a knife
through the jam in a zigzag pattern to create swirls. (Be
careful not to over mix.) Repeat process two times with
remaining ice cream and jam. Chill 1 hour.
Ice cream and raspberries are the perfect summer pair. Use
your favorite sugar-free jam (or jams) to make this your own
signature dessert.
