Hi everyone. My name's Daniel, and I'm from California (currently living in korea). I'm a high school senior and I have a big weight problem, weighing 225 lbs while standing at just 5' 8".
I've decided to start out with drinking tons of water, controlling what I eat, and am trying to decide between swimming/water walking as to grinding on the treadmill. The tips thread really helped me a lot, I didn't know where to start.
