In an ideal week I go to the gym about 4-5 times I lift heavy weights at least 3 of those times, and on days I lift weights, I do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at the end. On days I don't lift weights I do cardiovascular exercise for an hour. Sometimes I play basketball if it's available at my gym, but that usually doesn't last for more than a week or so because I always end up injuring myself somehow.
In reality I only make it to the gym about twice a week due to time constraints.
How about everyone else?
