And... in Puerto Rico, things are a bit different than there in the US. I am a nurse with a PR license, but if I want to work in the US we have to take the NCLEX. I heard it is something to do with our exam being in Spanish. I don't really know. That is one of the best ways to go. Shop for yourself and make your own food. That way you are in control and know what you are eating at all times. I prep my food the night before sometimes so in case I'm running late in the morning I'll still be OK. Making a schedule is also a great idea! You'll be more likely to stick to something if it's in a schedule. In the end it's all about will power, but it doesn't hurt to make it easier to say no.
