1/3 cup finely chopped beef jerky (about 3 ounces)
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened to room
temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped red or green pepper
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
1. Mix beef, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions,
green pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add black
pepper to taste. Let stand 1 hour for flavors to blend.
Beef jerky imparts a meaty, smoky flavor to this creamy dip. Try
it on toasted or fried chips made from low carb tortillas!
