It's a bit complicated because its questions are meant to be answered by the book, they can't be answerd with what you do in a hospital!!! Anyway... I really get very anxious about it and with so little free time I cant exercise either. I am trying to start a diet but I really can't!!!

I'm very familiar with the NCLEX. Our member Yuliyasha is taking it in September. That book is huge! You can just do bicep curls with that thing and build some serious muscle!

Why can't you create a healthier diet for yourself? Eating healthy shouldn't take that much more time out of your day. I remember studying about 300 total hours for the CPA exam while working 60hrs a week, and as hard as it was, I ate healthy and went to the gym at least 3 times a week for 2hrs at a time. Yeah I got very little sleep, but i guess my point is if you want something bad enough, you'll do what it takes to make it happen. Can you prep food the night before to take to work? You have to go grocery shopping regardless, and if you don't buy unhealthy food at the store, you're not going to be eating it at home
