What are you studying? I feel your pain as I am studying for certifications and working full time, and I sit in front of a computer 12 hours a day. It's so easy just to eat and eat and eat. I have a partner who I work out with and compete with so to speak to lose the most weight. That helps us keep each other motivated. I also set goals for myself, and write down what I need to do each day between eating and exercise, and that helps me stick to what I need to do because I can see it right in front of me.
