Lowering your caloric intake and exercising are the two best ways to achieve your desired results. No special programs, pills, etc are needed
Once you decide how fast you want to lose the weight, you can then adjust your eating/exercise schedule accordingly to give you the caloric deficit needed to achieve that weight loss goal in the timeframe you choose.

Sounds easy, yes?
