There's going to be opportunities at every turn in life to partake in things you know aren't good for you. The question is, do you have the will power to pass them up? I bet for some things the answer is yes, while others are a bit harder. I find that once you force yourself to pass on the bad things a few times, it gets easier and easier each time after. Be firm for a while with your free food, and over time it will be easier to pass up.  | Your exactly right. the only hard time for me now is when I am under a lot of stress like right now. But even that is easier then it used to be.
