| Re: Intro Hi OD! Thanx for the meal plan. I have to apologize for being a picky eater. Also, I did forget to include the fruits and vegetables that I love to eat. I should have just told ya that I don't like anything with cheese, sour cream, and that I'm allergic to shellfish. This probably would have made the meal plan a lot easier (I think). I looked over this meal plan, and I think its missing some foods, or my math has gone terrible. I added up the total calories, carbs, fat, protein, and I came up with different numbers. Perhaps I might be looking at it totally different, but I'm confused. I came up with 1920.75 total calories, 280.6g of carbs, 131.3g of fat, and 304.8g of protein. Am I wrong? Also, with the exeption of breakfast, I am assuming that I drink water with these meals. I am realizing how difficult this is. Sorry OD. |
