I think the hardest part has been eating right. With the stress of work and school. Eating out takes so much stress off me instead of me having to cook. Thanks for the support guys. Nice to know the encouragement is out there. |
I always say if you want it bad enough you'll go out and get it.

I know you can do it, and that you want to do it. Maybe start preparing meals/snacks at home to take to school with you? Protein bars? Something healthy to bring with you so that you don't have to eat fast food, or if you do, you can eat less of it. What about places like Subway that aren't as bad? Fast food places do make chicken breast sandwiches and salads too
