What I found odd was hearing from the ACLU that they would do nothing about it. I mean, they hop in on any constitutional issue on all sides of the spectrum from Rush Limbaugh's privacy to the right of Nazi's to march in the streets. This smelled of lawsuit, and they passed it up. If they skipped it, it's gotta be a solid case for the school, and the appeal has no chance. IMO, of course.
