Thumbs up Re: Work out music?

Classic and Metal rock (free weights, situps), Latin dance music (Zumba, treadmill), Old-school hip-hop (light bag, heavy bag), stuff where I know the next beat coming. Nothing worse than pushing when a song goes into a soft part, (Leila, for example).

I wonder why there has never been heavy metal aerobics. I mean, Led Zep (Immigrant Song), has plenty of songs to get the heart pumping, Queen (We Will Rock You for warmup) and Metallica have classics that could be a whole routine, and classic Aerosmith can even give some pantomime options (Back in the Saddle, Train Kept a Rolling).

Heck, after watching Happy Feet (yeah the kids get to pick the movies) I figure Stevie Wonder has some stuff that could be used, too. But all the stuff I heard in aerobics was "OMG CHANGE THE STATION!" type music.

I know, drifting off topic, but hey, workouts include aerobics, right?
