I decided to really watch what I eat back on May, 21st. Now, mind you, I'm not going super science diet or anything, just the basics. I cut out A LOT of fast food (all of it, really). I'm typically able to make it to the gym 3-4 days a week where I usually do 20+ minutes of cardio and am lightly lifting (for starters, anyways).

I haven't weighed myself in over a couple weeks, however, I'll be weighing in at the gym on Monday night when I go in to work out. Hopefully, I'll be lower than the 255lbs. I originally checked in at awhile ago.

As far as my diet is concerned, I've cut out quite a bit of caffeine, simple carbohydrates, fat and calories. I usually try to eat breads or cereals that are whole grain along with my in-between-meals snacks.

As listed in my weight ticker, my goal is to reach 205lbs. by October.

it is nice to hear you are getting back and are recommitting yourself! i find that continuing to post here helps me stay on track and focused on my goals
