You're right - things are going in the right direction for me. I hope they keep going that way!
I don't have a trainer at Curves, besides just the staff that is there to help people make sure they're using the machines right. I'm not going with anyone either - but the environment there is so fun...it's just a bunch of women, and there's talking, and gossiping, and one time the staff person read trivia questions from a game while we were working out. I've really enjoyed it, so it makes it easy to go work out.
I've been reading through the posts here, and it's a wonderful forum! Thanks for all the hard work you do. It's so wonderful to have a resource like this.
