I doubt there will ever be a "MAGIC" pill. These companies really upset me. The ones they get to the most are the young that still wont listen to it takes hard work and lifestyle changes to lose the weight and keep it off.

I hear exactly what you are saying....hopefully this FDA approval means there were conclusive long term studies done. I really plan on reading up more on the Alli diet pills long term effects in the future. I think another big problem is that people do assume that these are a magic pill and all you have to do is take it and you drop weight, however most are really meant to be used with good eating habits AND exercise.
