I too am shooting for around 8% myself, although you have twice the muscle mass that I do

. I just need to get more committed to the gym. Once to twice a week just isn't cutting it

. I got down to about 159lbs which put me maybe around 10%, but I just put 3lbs back on after barely working out the last few weeks.
