I just realized you're right about the posting links here....however members can check out your images up in the VB Image Host under the View all Users' Images option. Walking is a help for sure, definitely better than nothing.

Getting to the gym is tough late, but it depends on how bad you want it. Do you have weekends off? If you want it bad enough you'll make the time to go. I remember after breaking off a 6 year relationship with a girlfriend, I really wanted to get back into what I call "singles shape." There was a 4 month period where I was working 8am-10pm Monday through Friday, and I went to the gym about 4 out of those 5 weekdays every week, and worked out from about 10:30pm to 12:00am. It wasn't easy, but at the time it was that important to me.
