Hi everyone...i figured since I'm a "226lb. fatass" I should join up and see what's going on here...lol. I'm trying to get to 200-210 then TRY to get into some lifting to lose my gut and manbewbies..i wish I started this weightloss earlier in life!!! I started at 320 back in January 2005...down to about 226 now...coulda been to goal a long time ago but kinda took it easy past months...but back on track now.
I'd post before and so far after pics...but can't till I get 10 posts.
