Hi there and congrats on motherhood! Welcome! 23 lbs should be very doable. Losing the sweets will get you off to a great start, but exercise is very important too. If you can find a way to get your exercise and cut out sweets, that alone might do it! Then again you can always custom tailor your eating habits to help out even more if you would like!

What exactly do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking?
