It's so nice to "meet" you all. I am a new mom and I am trying to lose my "baby fat". I am looking for some encouragement as it'svery hard to squeeze in 30 mnts of workout during the day because I work full time at a very demanding job. Right now, I am trying to get up early in the morning and catch up on work to allow me to take the 45 mnt break at work for my workout. I also completely cut down on sweets and my only sweet treat is honey bunches of oats as a mid day snack. Hope I can reach my goal
