Welcome to the site Danielle! So sorry to hear about the baby situation. We'll need to know a little more information about you to help you out here.

A few questions.....
What medicines are you taking?
Have you had your thyroid checked?
Do you have any idea how many calories a day you are consuming? Could you post some examples of what you eat in a given day and when you eat it (include condements/toppings/etc)
How much sleep do you get in a day?
Although you are always on your feet, how much actual exercise do you get in a given day?
